 The banks are looking for an experienced Retail Banker (Assets and Liabilities) or an HRBP for an assignment as below

  • Design/Review of Competency Matrix.
  • Design of Competency Assessment of Front-end Retail Banking Roles.
  • Mapping of existing workforce (around 3000) against Competencies.
Two requirements exist for similar assignments in Retail Banking in Vietnam.
Qualifications The candidate should be a Banker/HR Business Partner Professional with strong experience in Retail banking, with

  1. Hands-on experience in Retail Banking Front-End Roles both on liabilities and assets side.
  2. Have worked at strategic level for Competency Framework design for Retail Banking.
  3. Have worked in Private or MNC bank in India or a Bank Overseas.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Tech savvy with an ability to use the guided tools.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage at different levels
  7. Local Vietnamese language or origin will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
  8. Valid Passport.
Location Onsite (South-east Asia) and offshore. 15 days onsite and some days offsite to prepare dossiers.
Duration, Dates, Timelines Duration is dependant on the bank size and scope of work. Expected to be 4 to 6 months (approx.). Timelines/Dates will be based on the conclusion of selection process..
Other Details Travel and Stay costs will be borne by client.
