After having successfully delivered on the consulting assignment for Collection Strategy, the Client has requested support for the following requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Requirement\n\n(17-18\/015)<\/td>\nThis is a consulting assignment for a complete review of the Retail Asset Credit policy, processes, systems strategy. The products include PL, Credit Card, Home Loans, LAP and others.\n

The requirement for consulting is in two phases –\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

  1. Process review, design and implementation support<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  2. Design of a Certification for the Retail Asset (i) Sales and (ii) Credit\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Qualifications<\/td>\n\n
Following are the Domain Expert qualifications expected.<\/div>\n

  • Hands-on experience in working in a mid or senior level position in retail asset products, with proven expertise in strategy definition, process and product design. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Should be able to study the existing processes, understand the business imperatives and business plan and\u00a0 propose design changes. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Should\u00a0have conducted training programs in Retail Credit. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Knowledge on regulatory element in credit (in India) mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Working with international clients will be an added advantage<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
