Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n\n
Following are the Domain Expert qualifications expected.<\/span><\/div>\n
1. <\/span><\/span>Total Experience between 15-25 years, with a majority of this experience being in SME Loans segment in a bank or a financial institution.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
2. Hands-on experience in working in a mid or senior level position in SME Loans, with proven expertise in strategy definition, process and product design. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
3. Should be able to study the existing processes, understand the business imperatives and business plan and\u00a0 propose design changes.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
4. Should have conducted training programs in SME like SME Loans, Early Warning Signals, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
5. Knowledge on Indian regulatory aspects in SME credit is essential.<\/span><\/div>\n
6. Working with international clients will be an added advantage<\/span>. <\/span>\n<\/span><\/div>\n
