A large proportion of the workforce in the IT industry are the programmers and testers. It is important that these employees have a good understanding of the banking domain. Broadly, the areas to be covered in the training are\u2013<\/p>

  • Genesis of Banking \u2013 banking and finance and its role in an economy<\/li>
  • General Banking – a Banks structure, various departments, etc.<\/li>
  • Retail Banking \u2013 products and services<\/li>
  • Corporate Banking, Treasury \u2013 fee-based and fund-based products<\/li>
  • Other areas – Marketing, new trends and developments<\/li>
  • Use of technology in Banking and the competitive edge.<\/li><\/ul>

    TrainingCentral\u2019s delivery of training in Banking & Finance includes our proprietary books, standardized classroom training and on-line tests and exercises (post-classroom).<\/p>

    We invite DEs from Chennai for this assignment. DEs who have used engaging and innovative approaches can provide input on these methods.
