Requirement\n\nDescription\n\n(19-20\/41)<\/td>\nThe banks are looking for an experienced Retail Banker (Assets and Liabilities) or an HRBP for an assignment as below\n
    \n \t
  • Design\/Review of Competency Matrix.<\/li>\n \t
  • Design of Competency Assessment of Front-end Retail Banking Roles.<\/li>\n \t
  • Mapping of existing workforce (around 3000) against Competencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Two requirements exist for similar assignments in Retail Banking in Vietnam.<\/div><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/td>\nThe candidate should be a Banker\/HR Business Partner Professional with strong\u00a0experience in Retail banking, with\n
    \n \t
  1. Hands-on experience in Retail Banking Front-End Roles both on liabilities and assets side.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Have worked at strategic level for Competency Framework design for Retail Banking.<\/li>\n \t
  3. Have worked in Private or MNC bank in India or a Bank Overseas.<\/li>\n \t
  4. Project management skills.<\/li>\n \t
  5. Tech savvy with an ability to use the guided tools.<\/li>\n \t
  6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage at different levels<\/li>\n \t
  7. Local Vietnamese language or origin will be a distinct advantage but not essential.<\/li>\n \t
  8. Valid Passport.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Location<\/span><\/span><\/td>\nOnsite (South-east Asia) and offshore.\u00a015 days onsite and some days offsite to prepare dossiers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Duration, Dates, Timelines<\/span><\/span><\/td>\nDuration is dependant on the bank size and scope of work. Expected to be 4 to 6 months (approx.). Timelines\/Dates will be based on the conclusion of selection process..<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
