RBI has published a series of Master Directions on KYC in the recent months, the latest one being in Aug, 2019. Overall, KYC guidelines and regulations have changed significantly over the last couple of years to incorporate introduction of Aadhar, CKYC, eKYC, etc. TC proposes to upgrade its KYC (and later AML) training offerings and ensure that they are in line with latest developments and trends. Our KYC and AML courses are accessed by banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions and are fairly popular.\u00a0 We propose to include the following features in the courseware<\/p>

  • Content at Two levels \u2013 Generic (for front-line employees) and Advanced (for On-boarding team and Operations Executives)<\/li>
  • Regionalise our KYC course (Hindi version\u00a0scheduled to go live in Sept, 2019).<\/li>
  • Provide ongoing updates on KYC Topics e.g. Circulars, News, Comments, etc.<\/li>
  • Empanel a named Domain Expert to the Course for ongoing updates, hosting a KYC blog, responses to subscriber queries, classroom training, etc.<\/li>
  • Offer a Subscriber Query Board \u2013 where subscribers may raise queries on operational, regulatory and documentary matters.<\/li><\/ul>

    We are looking for a Domain Expert to support this richer content offering in KYC. Immediate inputs we are looking for include\u00a0–<\/p>

    • Question Bank – 2 categories intended for 2 sets of audience : 1. Generic 2. Advanced<\/li>
    • Review and coverage of all recent amendments under KYC and PMLA Rules.<\/li>
    • Case studies (Generic and Advanced). Case studies should be both bank and NBFC specific<\/li>
    • Working with the associated Product Manager to structure the KYC course on the portal<\/li>
    • Explore and define new Product offerings in response to latent demand from industry.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/td>Hands-on, experienced banker or NBFC Manager with experience in on-boarding, KYC Audit, Compliance department\u00a0or similar role.<\/td><\/tr>
Location<\/span><\/span><\/td>Any City. Domain expert can work own location.<\/td><\/tr>
