The institution aims to complement its investment in entities promoting AHF, by designing and developing advisory interventions with current and potential investee clients. The proposition aims to focus on the entire business and operations of a client firm \u2013 strategy and business model, credit underwriting, operations (front and back end), use of technology and digital tools, Human Resources and Risk management in order to identify areas of improvement and changes for an AHF Company to scale-up and how the institution can support them in that journey.<\/span><\/p>

The Institution is now looking to recruit an AHF strategy and business model specialist to support Institution\u2019s AHF strategy in South Asia and East Asia. This role will be responsible for conducting the client diagnostic (across select areas mentioned in the attachment) and helping develop the diagnostic findings and proposal pitch. The findings from the diagnostic will be used to \u2026. <refer attachment for more details><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>

Experience and Qualification<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/td>
  1. MBA or equivalent and senior operational experience in Housing and Housing Finance in emerging markets, particularly in South Asia, and above 12 years strong demonstrated experience in a financial services environment, in Housing (at least 5-7 years) and Affordable Housing Finance (at least 3-5 years)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  2. Experience managing at least 2-3 large affordable housing implementation projects, gained either in a bank or preferably with a leading consultancy<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  3. A track record in designing and implementing affordable housing programs, and performance improvement programs, is essential<\/span><\/span><\/li>
