TrainingCentral proposes to respond to a \u2018call for expression of interest\u2019 from an organization based in Africa, which focuses on financial sector development in developing countries. The organization is based in Kenya and has operations in 8 other African countries. The terms of assignment(s) may be published for any of the countries in sub-Saharan Africa where the organisation has its operations. The organization runs a number of programs in financial market development. It aims to foster collaboration, best-practice transfer, economies of scale and coherence amongst those organisations with a role in financial market development in sub-Saharan Africa. Key area of work is financial inclusion.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n\nThe call is for empanelling firms which have relevant experience in this domain and to call on each panel for short-term consultancy assignments and\/or longer-term, draw-down (i.e. retained consultant) arrangements. Specific Terms of Reference will be prepared and published at the appropriate time. The proposal may include profiles of domain experts who may wish to participate in programs and assignments under the TrainingCentral name.<\/span>\n

Qualifications<\/td>\nProfessionals who have experience in development projects in the area of project finance, financial inclusion, social sector, etc. Experience in monitoring and reporting on programs, providing updates amd program management will be an asset. High standard of reporting language and ensuring that the Institution’s style, form and tone are adhered to is critical.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
