• What are the technical specifications about the server hosting of the CRLP?

CRLP is deployed on secure Amazon AWS servers and uses the Moodle – the global leader in Learning Management Systems for Corporates as well as non-corporates. You as a corporate user does not have to invest in any cloud infrastructure. At your end, you and your users can access the courseware through browsers on workstations or mobiles or through apps for both workstations and mobiles.

• How do I access the content on CRLP?

Users can access their account on the CRLP by using the login credentials shared by the L&D/HR Department of the organisation or TrainingCentral’s Techsupport team. Once logged in, they can browse through the courses in which they are enrolled. A user can access content through browsers (or app) on a workstation or from Android or iOS mobile apps on the mobile.

• I’m having technical issues with the portal. Where can I get help?
