Requirement: Experienced professional with rich experience in Corporate Banking required for 1, 2-day training in Commercial Banking, to cover the following topics –
  • Commercial Banking workflow – including Loan Origination, Sanction Process, Post-sanction documents, Account Maintenance, Renewal, Collections, etc.
  • Asset/Debt Products – including Fee-based and Fund-based facilities, Various Services offered
  • Liability Products – including Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Salary Accounts
  • International Trade – Including Trade Finance, Forex requirements, Pre- and Post- Shipment Credit, Factoring Services
  • Treasury Products – including Forward Contracts, Other Derivative Products used by corporates
  • Project Finance areas – including structuring of Project Finance, Process of Project Appraisal, Different Industries and Repayment Structures, etc.
  • Overdue Loans Processing – including Distressed Assets, Collections, Regulations covering overdue repayment, etc.
  • Credit Analysis
Participants could be technology resources or IT business analysts.
Who may apply Trainer having hands-on experience in Corporate banking and operations in a Bank could please revert with relevant experience.
