  • Should have had at least 20 years of experience in training and facilitation delivery to senior management.
  • Should have worked with the best in class organisations providing Gold Loan product across the country. E.g. Muthoot, Mannapuram, IIFL, etc.
  • Should have a strong inclination towards writing, describing use cases and creating questions, tests and cases for previous organisation/s.
  • Domain Expert with professional certifications relevant to the function will be welcome e.g. CAIIB with the subject of Bank Management.
  • Prior experience in documentation, good communication skills and an attention to detail.
  • Good quality English.
