Approach to Skill Test:

TrainingCentral Skill Tests creation follows a uniform process to ensure that users get tested for their functional/technical knowledge in their area of work and gradually increase their skill in the area to serve the customer better.

1. The objective of the Skill Tests is to upskill.
   

   a. Each question has 4 distinct and thought-through options.

   b. Each Option has a feedback which explains why it is correct or incorrect.

   c. Each Feedback item has reference to the Circular item on which it is based

2. A topic for the test maps either to a functional or product or process or regulatory area e.g. Housing Finance or Interest Rate or Prudential Norms. TrainingCentral Skill Tests has three types of questions for each topic –

3. For each topic, the original RBI Circular basis which the questions are created is attached for reference.
4. A simplified version of the Circular is also provided for the junior executive so that he/she can understand the highlights of the Circular prior to reading the original Circular
5. As the test administered to a user is created by randomly selecting questions from a large question bank, each user gets a different set of questions to ensure unique challenges.
6. Tests can be created for cohorts depending on their level of seniority so as to challenge and test their knowledge in the respective topic.
7. Tests can also be created for roles in the financial institution by aggregating the questions for all the applicable topics.
8. Customisation
   

   a. TC can create a custom version of the test based on your internal circulars or based on question sets provided by you.

   b. For a workforce with diverse language usage and comfort, TC can create language variants. We use AI-based language systems.
