We are looking for an experienced trainers for the SME and Business Loan segment for a training to be conducted in Mumbai.
Domain Expert (DE) should have had hands-on experience as Sales functional as a Manager for a major bank/NBFC for small ticket SME loans. Experience should cover elements of product knowledge, positioning, sales planning, strategising on achieving of sales, product selling, assessing of customer demand, economic indicators, competitive factors impacting achieving of sales targets.
DE should be aware of latest training techniques and technology deployed for sales training. DE who has deployed innovative approaches in training, including gamification, models and quantitative methods will have an advantage. The DE should evangelise on effective means of training millennials in the task of understanding product structure, customer behaviour and systematically achieving the targets assigned to him/her. He/she should be able to advise TC on methods to help achieve client business parameters.

Qualifications
Domain Expert should have at least 10 to 25 years Sales experience in a bank or NBFC in the SME segment. He/she should have a strong knowledge in the SME Product, customer engagement experiences and Sales Methodologies.
