• Design of Competency Assessment of Corporate Banking and Treasury Roles
• Mapping of existing workforce against Competencies

1. Hands-on experience in Treasury and Corporate Banking process
2. Has worked at strategic level for Competency Framework design for the above domains.
3. Has worked in Private or MNC bank in India or a Bank Overseas
4. Project management skills
5. Tech savvy with an ability to use the guided tools
6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage at different levels
7. Local Vietnamese language or origin will be a distinct advantage but not essential
8. Valid Passport
